Howdy {FIRSTNAME}
As many of you know the push is on our annual FISH FRY. It is only a month away and we have been hard at work to make sure the 25th Anniversary of the event is a huge success. In order to make this happen we certainly need all hands on deck. I know many of you have probably already been contacted by our volunteer coordinator and/or are desert coordinator. If not and you would like to volunteer, please contact us at FishFry@wcamc.com or call/text 5128872247 and we will put you in touch with the correct person. We need to make sure that we have all the positions filled as it takes a large group to make Fish Fry the success that it’s grown to be.
We are also putting together items for our silent auction, if you have something to contribute for that please reach out and let us know. Please keep in mind that it can be an item or ‘services’. Last year, one of our members donated an ‘Estate Planning Package’ which was a huge success. In recent years we have also had members build unique items, such as a ‘Dixie Chicken’ Domino table as well as a custom bench.
Fish Fry is a great opportunity to support our WilCo A&M Foundation scholarship program, we were once again able to present 10 future Aggies with scholarships worth $40,000.00 at this year’s Muster. We would not be able to do that without the support of our club members as well as this annual event. Please make plans to attend and support our 25th annual FISH FRY on June 2nd, 2017. All event details and sponsorship opportunities can be found here: wcamc.aggienetwork.com/fishfry

RAFFLE ITEM – NEED YOUR HELP |
|
We will once again have the very popular “Wheelbarrow of Booze” in our raffle. In order to make this another huge success we ask that you bring your favorite bottle of alcohol, 6/12 pack of beer or bottle of wine and add to our raffle item. This is a great way to make a donation and assist the scholarship program. Â You can bring it to Fish Fry (before 5pm please) or contact us to arrange to get it to us prior to June 2nd. Â FishFry@wcamc.com or call/text 5128872247

25TH ANNUAL FISH FRY & SILENT AUCTION |
|
Fish Fry is almost here, so please encourage your family, friends and neighbors to attend, better yet, jump in and volunteer. Plenty of opportunity for everyone in the family to assist in some capacity. We will be there early to set up, cut/batter fish, plate deserts. During the event we will need extra help in the drive through (great area for the young Aggies), stocking desert tables, supplying the buffeet line, serving fish.
We are very proud of this event and the fact that so many come together to put forth the effort to make it such a huge success. We count on our club members to make this possible. Look forward to seeing you soon.

|
I would like to Thank this years KYLE FIELD sponsors; Texas Crushed Stone and The Alcove Cantina. Additionally we would like to thank our other sponsors listed below.
There is still plenty of time for you/your company to sponsor at many different levels. We will continue to post in our newsletter as well as our website which reaches about 6,000 local Aggies. This annual event would not be as successful without the support of our sponsors. THANKS & Gig’Em.
